The Author
A licensed pharmacist and retired U.S. Army Captain. He practiced in civilian pharmacy before and during his service with the U.S. Army Medical Command.
He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and an MBA in Financial Management, and has worked across retail, outpatient hospital, and federal health-system pharmacy — including U.S. Army Medical Command, where he was direct-commissioned at the rank of Captain. He holds active pharmacist licenses in Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada.
That combination — clinical precision, military planning, and financial discipline — is where the books come from. Pharmacy teaches that a small error in a specification produces a large error in the outcome. The Army teaches that a plan nobody can execute isn't a plan. Both show up on every page.
Operation Digital Alchemy is the house he writes and builds under. Its work centers on AI-assisted creation: frameworks like RICOF-STEC™, books that function as systems, and digital products built to be used rather than collected.
